4-H Breeding Swine Project (140) Resources
There is no Junior Fair Breeding Swine Show at the Logan County Fair but you must complete a project and attend Livestock Evalution to attend the Ohio State Fair.

Junior Fair Entries
- May 1st
Ownership Dates
- May 1st
Tagging & Vaccination
- All Market Hogs must have a Logan County Fair tag by May 1st.
- All hogs should be vaccinated at least once before the fair for erysipelas.
Weight Requirements
- Market Hogs will weigh from 4:00pm to 7:00pm the day before the Logan County Fair.
- Market Hog: 215 pounds minimum (no maximum weight)
- *Swine will weigh by aisle. There will be a drawing at 1:00pm in the Show Arena to see who goes first and times will be posted at the scales. If you miss your aisle time; you will weigh at the end.
Quality Assurance
- All Logan County Junior Fair Exhibitors must attend a Quality Assurance by May 1st
DUNF Forms
- You will receive your DUNF forms to be filled out at 4-H Livestock Evaluation. They are due at weigh-in at the Logan County Fair. All Market Hogs must have one form per animal.
