How to Prepare for Judging
Part of the 4-H experience is the project interview and judging process. In order to participate in judging, you must be a 4-H member in good standing and have enrolled by April 9th. This includes following your club and county guidelines such as attending at least 50% of the meetings, turning in enrollment forms on time, and following your club's constitution and bylaws.
Your project interview will be an opportunity for you to show the judge the knowledge and skills you have gained through doing your 4-H project. If you have questions you can talk to your project advisor or call the Extension Office at 937-599-4227.
We try to follow state judging and guidelines to the best of our ability. To view what state judging requires, you may follow this link:

Leading up to project judging we will send out a project specific timeline to youth so that they have a more defined time for judging. We ask that you please hold the day of your project judging.
