APPLICATIONS FOR STATE AWARDS/TRIPS/CAMPS
Some of the following opportunities have their own applications and registrations. Yet, many are selected by using the Ohio 4-H Achievement Record as an application. Please read through the below information to see how best to apply for the trip, award, or opportunity you are looking for. The Logan County 4-H Advisory Council also has a budgeted amount in which they support youth attending these trips and will use the Achievement Record to determine their financial support as well.
OHIO 4-H ACHIEVEMENT RECORD
The Achievement Award Form is due at the Logan County Extension Office by October 18th, 2021. Please use the following to apply:

Ohio 4-H Teen Leadership Council (TLC) | TLC is a statewide group of 4-H teens and young 4-H alumni that provides a youth stakeholder perspective in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Ohio 4-H programming. In the process, council members develop knowledge, skills, attitudes, and aspirations needed for future success. |

Ohio State Junior Fair Board |
State Junior Fair Board members help strengthen and coordinate State Fair activities at the Ohio State Fair. State JFB members are expected to attend meetings and stay at the state fair for the entire 12 days. Comprised of outstanding individuals from each of the youth organizations represented at the Ohio State Fair, this group help |

4-H Event Youth Assistant | The Ohio 4-H Event Youth Assistants (4HEYA) are a statewide group of 4-H teens that assist with Ohio State Fair events. In this process, members have an opportunity to enhance their leadership skills and be involved in the State 4-H program.
